Questions & Answers about the Elixirs:

Q: I just began taking the elixirs and I can’t sleep properly. I normally sleep very well and don't wake up until my alarm rings.

A:  The elixirs are moving energy in the subconscious. When the subconscious is ‘stuck’ which most are it can be uncomfortable at first.  Reduce the either the number of drops taken during the day. Or omit the evening elixirs or stop taking them all together for about a week.

Q:  I have been having very disturbing dreams while taking the elixirs. Last night I had a very vivid nightmare where my brother committed suicide and I was there holding him, begging, crying and screaming to persuade him and then held him while he hung himself and watched all of it. He was like 15 years old. What is going on?

A.  Again the elixirs are very powerful and they are moving old energy. This does not mean the exact circumstances are true it is how the subconscious translates the energy.  Similar to any type of dreams. Do they make sense? It’s how the energy is layered into the subconscious during any type of experience. The elixirs are releasing any stored energy and sometimes it comes out a little frightening.  Some people have had dreams of dragons chasing them.  

The best way to know what is releasing is to feel the energy.  It is fear? Anger? Or mistrust?  What are you feeling during the dream?  Whatever the feeling is that is what is releasing at the time.  Remember when fear was experienced it was frightening.

Q: Should I stop taking the elixirs if I feel overwhelmed?
A:  Yes. If you feel overwhelmed stop taking them until the body/mind settle down and begin again. Or you can reduce the number of drops at one time or reduce the number of bottles you are taking. Experiment and see what is best for you.

Q: Will my dreams settle down?
A: Yes.

Q: Why is this happening?
A:  Because the energy is too compacted and has not been released in a long time.  It’s the only way the subconscious knows how to release. It is not done to scare you though. It is done to show you what is impacted in the subconscious.
