Emotional patterns like fear, anger and confusion along with physical body pain and imbalances don’t appear overnight—they incubate over time.  When crises arise we want them to suddenly disappear.

Holistic healing is healing the entire body. It differs from the allopathic (western model) in this way.  If the soles of your feet hurt we must look at the entire system not just the feet for a cure. If the lower back hurts it might be the liver or kidney rather than a vertebra out of place. 

Healing takes time.  As you introduce herbs, supplements and other changes into daily routines to obtain proper wellness in the body, mind and spirit a plan is necessary.

Paula offers a variety of programs to meet your needs. In 
Wellness Programs you receive consistent help, guidance and the 
bigger picture to help you make the necessary changes in your life to 
heal.

To begin any new program you must first:

• Drink at least half your body weight in water each day. For example if you weight 150 lbs. you must drink 75 ounces of purified water every day. 

• If you smoke stop

• If you drink alcohol every day stop

Paula invites you to make positive changes in your life. . . 

After initial consultation:

Wellness Program #1:  Weekly appointment times for eight weeks. You and Paula check-in at a specific time each week, this Process is recommended to jump start changing negative emotional issues. Sovereign Light Crystal Elixirs and Vibrational Sprays are necessary to purchase. 

Wellness Program #2:  Every other week for eight weeks. This Process is recommended for changing negative emotional issues. The difference in this program is you do more emotional clearing work alone. Sovereign Light Crystal Elixirs and Vibrational Sprays are necessary to purchase. 

Wellness Program #3: Once a month for six months. This program is recommended for lifestyle changes including healing illness and changing destructive emotional patterns. One telephone appointment per month and 3 email check-ins per month. Sovereign Light Crystal Elixirs and Vibrational Sprays are necessary to purchase. 

Wellness Program #4: Once a month for six months. This program is recommended for lifestyle changes including healing illness and changing destructive emotional patterns. One telephone appointment per month and unlimited emails during the month. Sovereign Light Crystal Elixirs and Vibrational Sprays are necessary to purchase. 

Wellness Program #5: Once a month for one year.  This program is recommended for changing destructive and limiting emotional patterns and lifestyle changes. One telephone appointment per month and unlimited emails during the month. Sovereign Light Crystal Elixirs and Vibrational Sprays are necessary to purchase.
