REFUND POLICY

It is our goal that your experience with Paula Muran (KumariDevi) at KumaraInstitute.com exceeds your expectations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Emotional Aromatherapy Sprays and Gem Elixirs are not refundable.
  2. There are no refunds on consultations (personal or individual) sessions.
  3. Purchase of any private healing program ( any other individual session work) must be completed within their time frame, without incurring the current fee of each session.
  4. Any Seminar, Retreat, Intensive, Workshop that requires a registration fee will be refunded, less $100.00 administration fee. This cancellation must be received in writing at least 30 days before the event. For 29 days or less no refund.

Due to the nature of our teaching programs, registration fees are non-refundable within 30 days of presentation date.

Due to the nature of the gem elixirs and emotional aromatherapy sprays, they are not returnable.

You must request your refund or rescheduling in writing, to admin@kumarainstitute.com  Be sure to include your full name and a telephone number where you can be reached during regular business hours.

For seminars, workshops, and retreats we are not responsible for any travel cancellations or weather-related delays. In the event of weather-related delays or travel cancellations, your fee will be applied to the next scheduled seminar, retreat or workshop.

All food, travel, accommodation, or other costs are not included.

We reserve the right to reschedule if the number of registrants is less than 20 people, 30 days before the scheduled beginning of the program.

MINORS

We do not provide services or sell products to children. If you are below the age of 21, you may use our website only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not provide us or other website visitors with any personal information.
