Are recurring headaches, heartburn, pain, lack of motivation and allergies part of a daily routine?

People get ill for many reasons. Each diseased state is telling us that we are ignoring some part of the self and change is necessary. Many factors contribute to healing on many levels; all require attention through the healing process.

Illness is a guide to the inner self.  The healing process often guides a person to a greater awareness about themselves.

The physical body talks to us all day long by sending signals of deficiencies and inflammation. When the body spirals into poor health, it is a result of unhealthy eating habits, stuck energy and limiting thoughts and feelings.

Bruce Lipton said it: “Our biology, and especially our immune system, is affected by what we think and feel.” In his book Biology of Belief, Bruce writes, “It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.”

Our  thoughts affect our lives. They also affect how our body does or doesn’t heal. It’s been proven with cancer patients who think positively and practice meditation; their healing is greatly improved.

The lower three chakras are the subconscious of the physical body.  This is where we store emotional memory. We can feel it with gut responses to everyday life situations. We hold on, and as worry and other feelings pile up, we contract the solar plexus muscle, causing the musculature to clamp down on delicate internal organs. This, in turn, causes energy to stagnate, and the result is long-term constipation, hernias and other gastrointestinal disorders.

It’s not only our gut that is affected; it’s also our heart, throats, blood, lower back and joints.

As we live life, we absorb the world around us. These experiences trap emotional memory in our body. In addition, we judge our experiences causing another layer of emotional baggage to hang on. Powerful thoughts like hate and anger, over time, cause pain and often depilating injuries.
